10-07-2018: We
had requested BSNL Management on 29-06-2017 to honour the Hon’ble Chandigarh
CAT’s Order (i) dated 08-09-2016 in Sukhwinder Singh vs BSNL and (ii) dated
27-06-2018 in Ramesh Kumar vs BSNL while issuing promotion order in the cadre
of DE/AGM. But, BSNL Management seems to have violated these orders and issued
promotion orders in the cadre of DE/AGM in violation of these orders. Now, the
Hon’ble Chandigarh CAT has issued Contempt Notice on 04-07-2018 to BSNL
Management.
